This agency has got to be the very best I have ever worked for! The compassion, care and empathy this agency shows not only the clients and families but the employed staff as well is superior and exemplary. I was proud to have worked as a nurse for them and I certainly hope our paths cross again.

We had a wonderful experience with this company! We had 2 qualified, caring psw’s for my dad in place within a few days of reaching out! My dad has dementia and thought the caregivers were wonderful! Wouldn’t hesitate to hire again!

I cannot say enough about how professional, and trustworthy these staff are. They stay in constant touch with me and accommodate any special requests my Mom needs. She lives in a retirement home where the staff cannot give her the kind of attention she needs. Assurance staff have made it possible for my Mom to “age in place” and not have to go through a traumatic move in her late 90’s. They treat my Mom like their own mother! The owner of Assurance - Kristina has been super supportive, a wealth of information and always available to talk. This is by far a 10/10 amazing company!!!!

Glaiza was the caregiver who came to stay with my husband, Bill, for 5 nights while I was away. Bill was VERY HAPPY with the care she provided. He was kept clean and fed, and all of his other needs were met as well. Also, when we arrived home the apartment was clean and tidy. We are so thankful that Assurance Home Care was recommended to us, and will continue to use this company, when needed, in the future. An added bonus is that their rates are VERY reasonable.
